Government Bay

Government Bay in Crane Lake holds a great wall with potential for a dozen or so routes.

For the past few years, I've zipped past this tiny wall just gazing around at the beautiful lake while Jeff Engel boated me into Canada. Then one day in the summer of 2015, I swam to this wall from the campsite at Picnic Beach and realized how wonderful it could be.

A canoe ride with some trad gear led to the discovery of Papaya?Banana! and spending time hanging on that route led to the discovery of the gem, Blueberry Fortress.
