Argueso Wall

Morning sun, afternoon shade.  Developed by Mike Argueso in early 90s.  

Routes L-to-R: Simple Twist of Fate, Black Muddy Water, Whacked Bloody Martyr.  All are about 11- and 2 stars.

Mike did a lot of work in Milagrosa.  Many Main Wall routes (including the popular Wizard and I Been Robbed) and most all of the routes on The Sunnyside are due to Mike.  He also drove the development of The Murray Wall and did a lot of work at The Boneyard.

He scattered a few other routes around the mountain including the exceptionally good Cowboy Junkie on The Tombstone above The Boneyard.

The dates associated with his Milagrosa routes seem suspect to me.  1989 ? 1990 ? I doubt that Mike or anyone else with a drill was there that early.  It was known to bouldering insiders as a VERY minor bouldering area in the mid-80s. Discovered by Murray of course.
