This is a compression problem with some gritty left hand holds and home to an army of mosquitos in the summer.

Located on the left end of Jungle Beach start sitting with two good opposing holds.  Slap your way up the main face, eventually bringing your feet over to the right face allowing you to continue up through the topout.
