Climb from the edge of the roof out onto the face of the boulder, making a difficult stab to a small slot underneath a tiny roof. Top out up and right.

There's a boulder with a large roof directly uphill from the Quarantine/Outbreak area. Village Idiot starts matched on a jug at right corner of the roof. Or, start on the face 15 feet to the right to add some fun campusy moves.
