Description

Semi-dynamic coordination move stand start and then top out on rough slopers. Step on the round outcropping (I use right foot but I'm sure left is doable too), jump/stand up on that foot and grab an undercling with each hand at about chest level to stabilize. Use rough slopers and bad feet to work your way up and over.
