 Sit start on the lobes and reach up to the blocked corner. Use the corner and any small face holds to help you blast off high to the round ledgy goodness at the top. Top out.

Left of "Fortunate Sone" (left of the close blocky-ness) look for the shorter overhang with low lobes.
