Shades of Gray

Shades of Gray (SOG) is a nice, casual two pitch outing--one of the few multi-pitch routes in Logan Canyon and, along with it's neighbor, Dreamsicle, perhaps the best. Dreamsicle and SOG share the first 1.5 pitches.

Pitch 1: About 8 bolts. Start at bottom of the slot and stay left. Shares the first (about) 5 bolts with Chain Reaction, but moves left into a right facing dihedral, which it follows to the rightmost edge of the party ledge. 2 bolt belay.

Pitch 2: About 7 bolts. Climb up and left to two bolt anchor at top of wall. SOG and Dreamsicle share the first 4 or 5 bolts of the second pitch. Stay left

60 Meter rope is sufficient if done as two pitches. Recommend rapping straight down from pitch 2 anchor and climbing Razzmatazz, or hanging out on the party ledge.
