Triple Overhead

Start in the barrel and follow crack system out small roof. Pull roof and stand ontop of the wave. Here is where you encounter the death flake (hence R rating). Flake is secured, but don't pull too hard and you might find yourself laying on the ground clutching a 70 lb boulder. Don't forget your head game for this one.
