. When you get to the top of the switchbacks, bear right staying next to the large boulder with the horizontal crack. After walking over a few dead aspens, you will see a pit down to your right with a fewmore dead aspens spanning it like a bridge. Walk down into the pit. WTSE is the jagged hand crack with the chockstone at its start.

A pad, the crux is low. Maybe a spotter for the top out.
