Stand start with your right hand on the left edge of the horizontal rail 5 feet up on Don't Pee on the Fire Hydrant and your left hand on slopey or crimpy features to the left. Continue up and to the left into the scoop, and then tick-tack your way up the black water streak on small sidepulls and crimps to gain the jugs at the lip. Be prepared for a proper mantel! This is classic technical climbing.
