Description

The best route on this slab and 'fun' if you enjoy run-outs. From the tree anchor at the right end of the tree-ledge below the slab, climb up 20' (5.7 R-ish) to a bulge and 2 side by side old bolts (a 30 yr old rusty 1/4" and the other a newer but rusty 3/8" with an aluminum hanger). Climb another 25' up on white rock to another 30 year old 1/4" bolt. Be careful clipping this bolt as the weight of your quickdraw may break it. Climb another 50' to a tree anchor near the summit. The 5.8 Var is slightly right of this harder Var.

Location

Located in the center of the slab.

Protection

2 quickdraws, preferably screamers
