MapDescription
Gillett's old book has this listed with an estimated grade of 5.9 and the FA history as unknown/unclimbed. I'm sure someone has climbed this since his book was published?
If not, we did, and it was quite nice A few butterfly jams and a few fist jams make up the best part of the route.
Top out, and walk off the back side.
Location
It is right off of the trail. You can't miss it if you've made it here. There is a large fallen log in front of it as well, hence the name.
Protection
Several #4 Camalots would sew it up. I placed some small gear in horizontals and got a #3 and #4 in.
