Description
Start right hand on a small 2-3 finger crimp, left hand on a horrible pinch, and put a heel out left before pulling off the ground (you might need to fold a pad to reach the heel). Throw left to a decent sloper, and bump out right. Go directly up for an easy top out. I'm not entirely sure if this is an FA, but considering the lack of any info at all online I'm just assuming.
Location
On the middle bulge. the heel is a pretty obvious triangle shaped sloper, and the crimps are pretty close to the ground.
