The Black Hand

Short handcrack with a thin hands crux gaining the ledge. This is a great warmup for Interceptor, and it's also an awesome way of getting the belay directly underneath the start of Interceptor.

Black Hand starts in a small cave to the right of Tide Country/Interceptor. To descend, tunnel behind the boulder on your left after gaining the ledge, and downclimb the chimney at the start of Interceptor.

Single rack from .75-3 is fine. You can place a #4 if you brought one.
